Eat green and black olives for lunch and dinner, before consuming they must be chopped.. Also, do not forget that black olives have more calories than green, so it is recommended that green olives be used for a better effect on the diet.
Between meals, you should drink plenty of non-carbonated, plain or mineral water. During the day you do not need to consume more than three tablespoons of olive oil. Also throughout the day, you can eat from 30 to 50 grams of almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts, Indian walnuts. The best time to eat them is in the morning.
For lunch, eat whole grains: brown rice, oats, barley, buckwheat, whole grain bread. Cook cereals or prepare them in the form of porridge. Fish is allowed, but in small quantities (about 150 gr.) prepared on grill. Milk products, such as yoghurt, kefir, low fat milk, are allowed but also in limited quantities. For example, 200 ml of yogurt or a glass of milk or kefir. You must not consume any other oil except olive oil.
